Veloce Santiago hosts spirited club rides throughout the week. Come join our Saturday ride that rotates through 7 courses between 27 and 38 miles in the Tustin and Irvine area. Saturday rides are divided into groups of 10-18 riders of similar riding levels. Tuesday and Thursday evening rides traverse a series of courses in the area. Sunday rides typically take in South OC or the coast just to mix it up a bit. Club members also participate in a variety of local centuries, double centuries, charity rides, and more. There are also periodic Brews (coffee), Bikes, and Beers ride visiting iconic Southern California rides sandwiched between coffee and beers. Veloce Santiago aims to offer a mixture of rides for club members to challenge themselves while improving their skills.
Our Saturday Rides
Unlike many clubs with the same Saturday ride week in and week out, Veloce Santiago rotates through 7 rides. This means each week for nearly two months you face a different challenge.
Click a title at the right to see the route; routes start with Alton Flats, cycling through all 7 before returning to Alton Flats.
All rides leave from Trek Bicycle Tustin at 7.30 am sharp.
Check out our Brews (Coffee), Bikes, and Beers Rides that we host a few times a year. Get a chance to ride a great SoCal route followed by a trip to a local microbrew for some beer and lunch. It's a great time with club members to get in some miles and some laughs.
The next 3B ride is April 28, 2019. We'll be riding about 50 miles at a mellow pace as we all gear up for the Belgian Waffle and Wafer ride the week after. Details to follow soon.
Did someone say St. Patrick's Day? Veloce Santiago and Santiago Cycling host the best St. Paddy's post bike ride party you've ever been to.
